R & R Transportation LLC is not responsible for personal property that has been lost, stolen, or damaged on any of our excursions. IF your trip is to a correctional facility, R&R Transportation is not responsible for any denial of visits; therefore we strongly urge travelers to verify their loved ones status prior to purchasing a seat.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. All cancellations less than 3 days prior to the trip are NON-REFUNDABLE. All day of trip no shows are NON-REFUNDABLE. n the event of a cancellation by R&R Transportation LLC.,, we will refund all money minus the deposit amount within 60 days providing another trip cannot be scheduled in the intervening time (60 days) from date of proposed trip. We will do everything possible to avoid cancellations. However in regards to correctional facilities, some situations are not in our control such as lock downs or disturbances. We will communicate to the best of our ability as far in advance as possible in these circumstances. If this situation occurs, we will immediately reschedule everyone for a later date.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will notify you of your receipt and forward the pertinent details of your trip to you. When paying via Internet, your Paypal receipt is your confirmation. No seats will be held without reservations. To reserve a seat, a non refundable deposit must be made. Otherwise, seats are sold on a first come first served basis. The due dates of deposits and balances will be made known.
